Ibe wind
A local strong wind that blows through the Dzungarian Gate (in western China), a gap in the mountain ridge separating the depression of Lakes Balkash and Ala Kul from that of Lake Ebi Nor.
The wind resembles the foehn and brings a sudden rise of temperature, in winter from about -26° to about -1°C.
