Warm rain
From Glossary of Meteorology
warm rain
Rain formed from a cloud composed of only liquid hydrometeors (cloud droplets, drizzle, and raindrops). Warm rain can form in subfreezing temperatures (i.e., <0°C). It is distinct from cold rain that forms when frozen precipitation particles melt completely before reaching the Earth’s surface.
