Geostationary Earth Radiation Budget

(Abbreviated GERB.) A suite of radiation sensors designed for MSG that monitor the earth?s radiation budget by simultaneously monitoring incoming solar radiation, solar radiation reflected at the top of the atmosphere, and thermal radiation emitted by the Earth.
